1. Event Ticket Purchases
1.1 Purchase Conditions
Official Platform: All Events Tickets (🎟️) must be purchased exclusively through our official platform, THE HOPES.
Final Sales: All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated in this policy or as required by applicable law.
1.2 Ticket Refund and Cancellation
Event Cancellations: Refunds for tickets will only be issued if the event is canceled by THE HOPES or its organizers.
Participant Cancellations: If you cancel your participation or cannot attend, no refunds will be provided.
1.3 Ticket Transfers
Transfer Process: Tickets (🎟️) are transferable. However, the original purchaser must notify THE HOPES in advance, providing the full name and contact details of the new attendee.
Transfer Confirmation: THE HOPES reserves the right to verify and confirm ticket transfers before entry.

Purchase of Events Ticket: Each Events Ticket (🎟️) purchased grants the holder the opportunity to participate in our raffle.
Submission of a Valid Entry (Correct Answer):
Participants must submit an entry containing the correct answer to the specific question or prompt provided by THE HOPES.
Only those who submit correct entries will qualify for the final draw.
Additional Entries: If allowed, attendees may purchase additional entries separately at the event, subject to availability and the same requirement to provide a correct answer.
3. Raffle Prizes
3.1 Prize List
Availability: A list of raffle prizes will be published on the event webpage prior to the event date.
No Exchanges or Refunds: Raffle prizes are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
3.2 Drawing
Online Live Draw: The raffle drawing will take place online via livestream during the event.
Winner Notification: Winners will be contacted live by phone. If the call is not answered, an email notification will also be sent.
Claim Deadline: Winners must claim their prizes within 30 days of the draw. Unclaimed prizes after this period will be forfeited.
4. Legal and Compliance
